Refund policy
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: Full payment is required upon booking day trips. A deposit of $200.00 per person is required within 7 days of booking overnight tours. The balance is usually due 45 days prior to departure. Reservations received less than 45 days prior to departure, require full payment within 48 hours of booking. We accept payment in the form of cheque, MasterCard, Visa or cash. Cheques to be made payable to Fields Trips. CANCELLATION CHARGES: (for motor coach tours only, tours with flights and cruises are subject to higher penalties) 45 days or more prior to departure (full refund) 31-44 days prior to ($200 charge per/person) 30 days or less prior to departure (No refund) Daytrips are NON-REFUNDABLE, but name changes are permitted INSURANCE: We strongly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance, and Medical Insurance. Ask for details when making your reservation.
