COVID PROTOCOLS FOR TRAVELER SAFETY

Please note that with the ever-changing conditions, we are following Ontario Protocols and those of the various places we visit.

Please trust us when we say 'your safety and enjoyment' are paramount to the careful planning of our tours. Fields Trips has always had high standards for care and cleanliness and with additional protocols, this makes traveling with Fields Trips even safer. We’ve collaborated with industry partners and all levels of government to create enhanced protective measures for our travelers making it easier for you to feel comfortable with your decision to travel again.

FOUR Quick factors you need to know before traveling with FIELDS TRIPS     (in Canada & on land)

  • YOU are FIRST and because travel is a shared experience, passengers (YOU), too, must share in the responsibilities of traveling safe.
    1. All travelers MUST be fully vaccinated, have their QR ready to be scanned (and bring 2 paper copies of their QR code)
    2. As a traveler you confirm YOU are; in good health, not experiencing COVID symptoms, nor been out of the country in the 14 days prior to our trip and told to quarantine
    3. Standard COVID screening questions will be posted prior to embarkation
  • FACE MASKS are MANDATORY for boarding and deboarding the motor coach (and we are subject to the safety protocols at all stops enroute)
  • Our SMALLER GROUP CAPACITY will allow for greater PHYSICAL DISTANCING on our North American coach tours.
  • FUN follows your health and safety as a top priority for Fields Trips…which is why the extra protocols are in place.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY and WAIVER OF CLAIMS          As a traveler with FIELDS TRIPS;
You accept and assume the risks of attendance on our tour and agree not to hold FIELDS TRIPS liable for any harm or losses related to traveling on a motor coach and visiting hotels, attractions, restaurants and various venues

You understand the contagious nature of COVID-19 or other virus’ and the risk of potentially contracting the virus on the motor coach and agree you won’t hold FIELDS TRIPS responsible for any related harm or injury that might result

You understand, as a traveler IF you become symptomatic during the trip, while we won’t allow you to re-board the coach, we will assist with alternate arrangements (at your expense).

While Fields Trips has taken more than reasonable preventative measures, (increased sanitation amongst suppliers {motor coach, hotel, restaurant & other venues}, increased staff training, ability to provide contact tracing) we can’t guarantee there will be no exposure or infections.

Our promise to you as our guest is to re-establish confidence in the tour industry through all the inspiration and beauty that travel provides. A very sincere ‘THANK YOU’ for maintaining your spirit to travel…Kelly Fields and the caring staff at FIELDS TRIPS

*Call us if there is a condition that precludes you from receiving a COVID-19 vaccine.

TIAO President & CEO, Beth Potter said “We are delighted to confirm Fields Trips has been awarded the #SafeTravels Stamp. Across Canada, tourism businesses big and small are doing all they can to offer Canadians the perfect vacation. More and more Canadians are looking closer to home to escape from the challenges of and rediscovering their own provinces. When they see the ‘Safe Travels Stamp’ has been awarded to the destination or hotel they’re planning to visit they will know that they are upholding the highest standards of health and safety and demonstrating they are adhering to the global health protocols issued by the WTTC.”
