Travel is going to look different and we want you to be excited for our new closer to home tours that we have created. We are fortunate to be a small operation, which gives us the flexibility to do what is best for our travelers. We have always had high standards for care and cleanliness-and are now developing additional protocols to make traveling with Fields Trips even safer. Safety and enjoyment are paramount in getting folks comfortable to travel again. We recognize the landscape of the group travel industry is adjusting and will be better. In collaboration with our industry partners, we are committed to making sure travel happens and are preparing to welcome you on board again.…when we are given the green light to hit the road, we want you to be ready. We anticipate our “SMALLER GROUP” tours will fill up fast and with our generous fully-refundable deposit for overnight land tours, there is no risk to book your spot.
First FOUR factors you need to know
- YOU are FIRST and because travel is a shared experience, passengers (YOU), too, have certain responsibilities (DO NOT come on a trip if you are not feeling well, have COVID symptoms or been in contact in the last 14 days with a known case)
- FACE MASKS are MANDATORY for boarding and deboarding the motor coach (your Tour Director will advise you of the protocol for each venue)
- PHYSICAL DISTANCING – Most tours have been re-configured as a ‘SMALLER GROUP TOUR’ and planning to have a maximum of 26 travellers on a 56-seat motor coach (allowing for ample empty seats)
- FUN follows your health and safety as a top priority for Fields Trips…which is why the extra protocols are in place

TIAO President & CEO, Beth Potter said “We are delighted to confirm Fields Trips has been awarded the #SafeTravels Stamp. Across Canada, tourism businesses big and small are doing all they can to offer Canadians the perfect vacation. More and more Canadians are looking closer to home to escape from the challenges of and rediscovering their own provinces. When they see the ‘Safe Travels Stamp’ has been awarded to the destination or hotel they’re planning to visit they will know that they are upholding the highest standards of health and safety and demonstrating they are adhering to the global health protocols issued by the WTTC.”
