Day 1 Driving down to Walnut Creek, OH will be quicker than you imagine. Check-in to our accommodations at the Carlisle Inn, before our included dinner at Der Dutchman where the inviting aroma of oven-roasted meats and glints of sugar on fresh-baked pies are sure to delight your senses. (D)
Day 2 Start the day off with a countryside guided tour of “Little Switzerland’s’ rural area, including lunch on a farm. Following lunch we make our way to the Ohio Star Theatre for the Booth Brothers in Concert! Refreshing humor, inspiring songs, and encouraging words are embedded in every concert. This evening enjoy The Living Word Outdoor Drama which brings to life, the passion of Jesus Christ. The 400-foot set makes for an authentic representation of Old Jerusalem. Come and witness Ohio’s ONLY Outdoor Passion Play. (B,L)
Day 3 Today we travel West into Kentucky spending the afternoon at the Creation Museum, where you will see the bible come alive. Our hotel for the next 2 nights is the Courtyard by Marriott in Covington KY, right on the river’s edge. Later we’ll board a dinner cruise and sail along the Ohio River. (B,D)
Day 4 A highlight is sure to be a visit to the Ark Encounter, where you can be part of the world’s largest music festival—40 Days & 40 Nights of Christian Music. We have included a buffet lunch at the Ark Encounter. (B,L)
