DAY 1 Driving down to Lancaster PA will be quicker than you imagine. Our home for the next 3 nights, the Country Inn of Lancaster, prides themselves in their heritage of good service and friendly folks. This is reflected in your bedroom which is warmly decorate in country décor, wood furnishings, and Amish-style quilts. A PA Dutch Buffet has been included on arrival. DAY 2 This morning we’ll set sail for the Sight & Sound Theatre where, for one season only, NOAH returns to take you on board one of the world’s best-known voyages as live animals fill the stage and aisles. Following our authentic Pennsylvania Dutch dinner, we’re off to the theatre where we have reserved seats for “The Christmas Candy Caper”. (B,D)
DAY 3 Start the day off with a countryside guided tour of the rural area. Enjoy some time to browse and munch at Kitchen Kettle Village. Dinner tonight is at a homey Pennsylvania Dutch eatery with time to take in their on-site shops featuring locally made baked goods and other hand-made items from the Amish, Mennonite, and other local artisans. The fun doesn’t stop there! This evening we have reserved seats at the American Music Theatre for their Premiere Performance of “Deck the Halls”. (B,D)
DAY 4 We will return home with full tummies, sugarplums dancing in our heads and many fond memories of our tour. (B)
