Day 1 We make our way to the heart of Old Quebec. Our hotel is situated within the walled city. We will spend the first 2 nights at Hotel Manoir Victoria, Quebec City, PQ
Day 2 Based on Louise Penny's best-selling mystery novel BURY YOUR DEAD, this walking tour follows in the footsteps of Chief Inspector Armand Gamache as he investigates the murder of a local amateur archeologist whose body was found in the cellar of the Literary and Historical Society. Explore Old Québec's narrow streets and who knows, we might find Champlain together! Return to the hotel for the evening. (B,L)
Day 3 We’ll make our way to Sherbrooke where you will uncover another Louise Penny connection in the Eastern Townships – but which scholarly book will it be? We’ll stay 2 nights at the GRAND TIMES HOTEL, Sherbrooke, QC situated on the lakefront and right downtown.
Day 4 It is a short drive to Three Pines Village, where you’ll see original artwork from ‘Still Life.’ Then onto the Book Store mentioned in every book. Lunch will be included at the Bistro, the inspiration for ‘How The Light Gets In’ and ‘Still Life.’(B,L)
