Day 1 Driving down to Lancaster PA will be quicker than you imagine. Our home for the next 3 nights, the Heritage Hotel Lancaster offers casual dining at Loxley’s - their unique tree-house inspired restaurant, and a location set among the rich history of Lancaster County. This evening enjoy Dinner and a Show at Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, just steps from our hotel. The show is Pretty Woman, and if you like the movie, you’ll love the musical! This modern Cinderella tale follows a businessman who hires an escort to spend the weekend with him. Day 2 Start the day off with a countryside guided tour of the rural area. Enjoy some time to browse and munch at Kitchen Kettle Village. This afternoon, we’ll journey though the Jordan River to the towering walls of Jericho to see JOSHUA at Sight & Sound Theatre. Experience this story as it comes to life as live animals fill the stage and aisles. (B)
Day 3 THE CHOICE IS YOURS! Attend AQS Quilt Week and enjoy seeing award-winning quilts, workshops and lectures as well as many vendors OR enjoy a morning at your leisure before heading out for an authentic Pennsylvania Dutch lunch and reserved seats for “Dear Soldier Boy” – a feel-good musical comedy.
