SAFE TRAVEL PROTOCOLS

Please trust us when we say 'your safety and enjoyment' are paramount to the careful planning of our tours. Fields Trips has always had high standards for care and cleanliness and with additional protocols, this makes traveling with Fields Trips even safer. We’ve collaborated with industry partners and all levels of government to create enhanced protective measures for our travelers making it easier for you to feel comfortable with your decision to travel.

A few quick facts you need to know before traveling with FIELDS TRIPS (Canada & USA on land)

• YOU are FIRST and because travel is a shared experience, passengers (YOU), too, must share in the responsibilities of traveling safe. As a traveler you confirm YOU are; in good health, not experiencing severe symptoms, and not told to quarantine
• Our SMALLER GROUP CAPACITY will allow for greater PHYSICAL DISTANCING on our North American coach tours.
• FUN follows your health and safety as a top priority for Fields Trips…which is why the extra protocols are in place.
  

RELEASE OF LIABILITY and WAIVER OF CLAIMS          As a traveler with FIELDS TRIPS;
You accept and assume the risks of attendance on our tour and agree not to hold FIELDS TRIPS liable for any harm or losses related to traveling on a motor coach and visiting hotels, attractions, restaurants and various venues

You understand the contagious nature of airborne illnesses and the risk of potentially contracting something on the motor coach and agree you won’t hold FIELDS TRIPS responsible for any related harm or injury that might result

You understand, as a traveler IF you become symptomatic during the trip, while we won’t allow you to re-board the coach, we will assist with alternate arrangements (at your expense).

While Fields Trips has taken more than reasonable preventative measures, (increased sanitation amongst suppliers {motor coach, hotel, restaurant & other venues}, increased staff training, ability to provide contact tracing) we can’t guarantee there will be no exposure or infections.

Our promise to you as our guest is to re-establish confidence in the tour industry through all the inspiration and beauty that travel provides.
